50% Increase in Field Organizer and Deputy Field Organizer Staff

We had a scrappy and innovative Field Team in 2015. We need to reinvest in people to get that back and build a new team to connect with Canadians and volunteers.

Field Organizers are often EDAs’ and volunteers’ first point of contact.: They are the face of the Party to many.
EDAs and volunteers need more assistance not less.: The constant campaign continues to be constant, and we can't wait until 2025 to reconnect with Canadians.
