Create New Accessibility and Equity National Board Member

Many Canadians and Liberals face many barriers to seeking board positions. We need to open our doors to views from those that might not have the same resources or privilege to seek a board position.

Our National Board has a history of often being very male and Caucasian.: We need to recognize that and provide opportunities to those that don't have the same privilege.
I will create a permanent non-voting National Board Member, whose role will be to represent those that are historically disadvantaged in Canada and in our Party.: The mandate would include work to recruit diverse candidates from under represented groups.
